We are two practitioners with a combined practice experience of fifty years. We both share a passionate dedication to providing the highest quality service to our clients, and are continuously working to expand on our knowledge and training

We work together and with other health care providers to provide a team based approach focused on the best possible outcome in wellness and quality of life.

Arlene Rose, DOMP

Arlene Rose, Registered Osteopath, graduated from Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic in 1996, and opened Hands-on Health in Fredericton in April, 2000. She has completed training in Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, the Dr. Vodder’s Method of Manual Lymph Drainage, and completed her osteopathic diploma at CEO (Halifax) Inc in 2023. She served a two-year term as the founding president of the College of Massage Therapists of New Brunswick, and served on the CMTNB Board of Directors until 2021.

Anna Migchels, RMT

Anna Migchels, RMT, Graduated from Kiné-Concept (Maritimes) in 2002 and has worked at Hands-on Health since then. She has completed post-graduate courses in Manual Lymph Drainage, Myofascial Release, Cranial-Sacral Therapy, Cupping, KinesioTex Taping and Neuromodulation Technique: the Feinberg Method. She is experienced in working with complex tissue restrictions including restrictions from post-surgery, post-mastectomy care, post-reconstructive surgery care, pelvis imbalance, and TMJ disfunction. Bentley, our in-house therapy dog

We welcomed Bentley, our 5 year old Goldendoodle at the clinic in 2021. He is in Anna’s treatment room with your permission Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays. For those that prefer no dog at the clinic during your treatments, please book your appointment on a Monday & Friday.
